# How do I change the lot order of my auction?

## Learn to move items in your auctions.

- Select "auctions" on the seller dashboard.
- Select the number of items in the auction to the right of the auction time.

- Select the drop down arrow next to the lot number. Select the desired lot number. 
- **This will switch the lot numbers. If a seller is moving an item from lot 1 to lot 3, lot 3 will become lot 1.  **
- Adjust until the auction is properly lotted. 
- Remember that lot order and item number are unrelated--item number is unique to the item, lot # is the order in which items close.
