Auction Sort

Learn how to move the items in your auction.

AuctionNinja allows sellers to reorder their auctions. First sellers need to enter the manage auctions screen by selecting "auctions." 

From here, there are two ways to reorder lots.

1. Drag & Drop

• Select the sale you wish to modify (so you see the Edit Auction screen).
• Select "Auction Sort" from the auction checklist. 
  
  

This will take you to the Auction Sort screen where you can review your inventory and sort your lots. 

2. Manual Sorting

To find the manual auction sort function, sellers must select the number of items located to the right of the Auction Time. 

This will take sellers to a list view of their auction inventory. 

Select the drop down arrow next to the lot number. Select the desired lot number. 

This will switch the lot numbers. If a seller is moving an item from lot 1 to lot 3, lot 3 will become lot 1.  

Adjust until the auction is properly lotted. 

If a seller selects the auction title under the "auctions" tab, auction sort will appear as part of the auction checklist. 

If a seller selects the "Auction Sort" option, they will see a grid view that preforms a similar function to the previously described method of sorting auctions.
