Can bidders update their card after they start bidding?

When a bidder registers a card with your company, and they start placing bids on your sale, they might need to update their payment method. Get ahead of payment issues before they happen. 

If a user has already authorized a credit card for a specific auction, they can update the card on file even if they currently have open bids.

First, the bidder needs to navigate to their bidder dashboard. They can do this by selecting "My Account."

This will take the bidder to their dashboard. After that, they need to click on their "account."

And then "Payments/Authorized Auctions." 

This will take them to a list of auctions for which they are currently registered, organized by closing date. 

Then, select "Edit" next to the title of the sale. This will allow the bidder to reauthorize the card on file while the bidding is ongoing.
