A guide on using AuctionNinja's integrated shipping feature.
First sellers need to email juli@auctionninja.com for the USPS permission in their AuctionNinja account.
Once sellers have the USPS shipping integration, they should go to “settings” on the seller dashboard.
Note that USPS Shipping API appears above the manage tax module.
To get started, select “Purchase Postage Balance.”

Use the card on file to purchase postage.
Bidders will reimburse sellers for postage when the shipment label is created.
To create a shipping label, select the “Orders” tab on the seller dashboard.
Select the order # that needs to be shipped.
Once within the order, under “order information,” sellers can select “create shipment label.”
Sellers will see the above screen after selecting “Create Shipment Label.”
This screen shows the bidder’s shipping information.
TIP:
Always confirm the shipping address with the bidder.
Even though it’s the bidder’s responsibility to make sure their shipping address is up to date, most sellers would rather be safe than sorry.
Send a quick message via AuctionNinja, or even a text message to the bidder and confirm that the shipping information is correct.

Select the desired box size, add insurance, and include the package’s weight.
Handling fees are NOT deducted from the seller's USPS balance.
AuctionNinja’s integration with USPS allows sellers to send flat rate boxes via priority mail.
By creating the shipment label, the bidder’s card on file will be charged for the total shipping cost. Shipping + handling + any added fees.
The seller will download and print the shipping label.
When the shipping label is downloaded, the bidder will automatically receive tracking information via email.
TIP:
Sellers should clearly state how long it will take them to ship items in their “Authorize Terms."
It’s important to be realistic based on the availability and capacity of the seller, combined with the size of the sale. If shipping will be delayed, contact the bidder and let them know.
