Static Pages

Sellers can customize what bidders see on their landing page.

Static Pages

The static pages tab allows sellers to customize their terms and conditions, automated emails, and contact info.

About Us gives sellers the opportunity to tell bidders about their business. The same is true for Services and the FAQ.

TIP:
Consignors often use AuctionNinja to locate estate sale professionals. Including a “services” section helps to streamline the potential clients who contact the seller.

Authorize Terms

Bidders must agree to the seller’s authorize terms before they can register a card with the auction house.

Pickup/alternative pickup terms should include any relevant information that bidders should know.

For example:

-Any items not picked up are considered forfeit.

-All sales are final.

-Bidders should contact the seller with questions about specific items.

For USPS/ shipping terms, sellers should consider how long it will take them to mail packages, how soon bidders will be charged for shipping after the auction, and which mail carrier they wish to use.

-If a card is declined, the bidder has 24 hours to fix the problem. Otherwise the item will be offered to the under bidder.

The tabs under the company name show the static pages the seller chooses to activate.

Please note where the banners appear on the seller’s landing page.

“More info” encompasses all static pages excluding reviews and contact.
