Finding the Bidder Dashboard
The AuctionNinja mobile configuration acts exactly like the desktop configuration, but the icons are slightly different.
After logging into their accounts, bidders should select the person icon to see the bidder dashboard.
When bidders go into MY ACCOUNT via mobile, they will see the bidder dashboard on the desktop configuration, the menu is just vertical instead of horizontal.
Step by step instructions for paying invoices and adding new cards are the same on mobile, just displayed in a vertical format.
The drop down menu on the mobile home page contains the following:
- Find a seller
- Browse items
- Marketplace
- About us
- Sell on AuctionNinja
- Hire an Estate Sale Company
- Buying guides & tips
Can’t Find the Map
Bidders often have a difficult time finding the map feature on the mobile configuration.
The map is located under the “marketplace” option.
The map does not immediately appear after selecting the marketplace.
