Canceled:

The bidder canceled their account intentionally by doing so through the “my account” section of AuctionNinja.

Inactive:

This is a setting for sellers who wish to block bidder accounts from their specific sales. They will see “invalid login details” if their entire account was made inactive.

If an individual seller blocked the bidder, the bidder will see the message: “You are not authorized to bid on this auction" when they click "bid now."

Billing hold:

The bidder has an open invoice—they can log in and see the invoice that was not paid. They can't bid on any auctions until the invoice is paid, or the seller cancels the order.

In Review:

The bidder is prompted to call support when they wish to log into AuctionNinja. This means the bidder has been blocked by two sellers.

If the bidder says that they are getting a message that states their account is “IN REVIEW,” ask the bidder to contact support to discuss.
