      Do I need an auctioneer’s license to use AuctionNinja?

      Some states require auctioneers to get licensed, some don't.

      Most states differentiate between in person and online auctions. If a state requires a license for in person auctions, it’s worthwhile to see if there is a different policy for online auctions. With that being said, some areas require specific credentials such as educational hours and examinations.
