# Extra Options: Send Auction Alert

## Learn what an auction alert is and customize how it is sent to the auction representative.

#### Customer Questions:

The final two boxes under the extra options section determine how the auction representative will receive contact notifications from AuctionNinja. 

These notifications will send the auction representative a link to the contact form. The body of the message will not show in the alert.

#### **TIP: **

The alerts email and phone number can not receive your responses, so you must select the link and respond to the form itself.
