AuctionNinja provides sellers with reporting tools to keep track of their sales and consignors.
After entering the seller dashboard and selecting “Reports,” sellers will see the reports available on AuctionNinja.
All reports can be exported via CSV or PDF
Sales Tax Report:
Report by Auction:
Here is an example of an auction report.
The system will prompt the seller to select one of their past sales.
Items are listed with lot number, item number, number of bids and when the last bid was placed. This section also shows the willing bid and the hammer price.
Keep in mind that the AUCTION HAMMER PRICE includes PAID invoices.
Any unpaid invoices will not be included in the reporting.
Auction Net adds the buyer’s premium and sales tax charged to the hammer price to show the auction’s total outcome.
Report by month:
Just like report by auction, report by month provides a similar financial breakdown.
This report combines data from all auctions that closed in any given month.
Detailed Sales Tax Report
- The detailed sales tax report breaks down the sales tax total for any given sale.
- Select a date range to search.
Billing and Auction Charges
The billing and auction charges section shows sellers how much they will be charged for any given sale during any specified date range.
- Report shows AN’s commission to the far right.
- This report is available immediately after the auction closes, but the commission will not be charged until the next billing period.
