Importing Inventory and Photos via FTP

Sometimes sellers find themselves processing inventory in a remote location without adequate cell service to upload inventory to AuctionNinja. 

Using the CSV import option and the FTP photo upload option, sellers can catalog offline and simply upload the inventory after. 

• Sellers must contact juli@auctionninja.com before being able to select the "IMPORT" button within their inventory tab. 
• Once sellers have access to the import feature, they can download a sample CSV file for cataloging items.
  • Sellers should select "DOWNLOAD"  
• Sellers must request FTP access in order to upload photos. 
  • If sellers are granted access, they will see the "FTP access" button within the Import Inventory. 

Before sellers can import photos to AuctionNinja, they need to download FileZilla. FileZilla acts as a connection between the seller's device, and AuctionNinja server.

• Host or server address
• Username
• Password
• Port number
• Destination folder, if applicable
