Learn how to flag feedback.
Sellers can’t delete feedback on their own, but you can flag it for deletion consideration.
Before requesting deletion, ask:
- Is this review slanderous, libless, or crude in any way?
- Does this review portray provably fictitious events?
- Is this review relevant to my sale?
- Is this review about my company, or about the AuctionNinja platform?
If one or more of the above are true, you should flag the review.
To do so, select Feedback on the seller dashboard.
Most bad reviews can be resolved by replying to the bidder’s feedback.
